COMPLIANCE Notice of Adverse Underwriting Decisions in Virginia  The state of Virginia requires that Transamerica make producers aware of the company’s responsibility to provide a notice of adverse underwriting decisions (AUD) to insureds. Transamerica currently complies with this requirement, and the existing AUD notification process remains unchanged.
