(CT) on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. Transfer funds must be received in our office by 4:45 P.M. (CT) on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Transfer funds received after August 10, 2016 will receive the new rate indicated below. NO EXCEPTIONS!
