Annuity Products in Montana Montana has recently passed a bill which will limit annuity withdrawal charge periods to 10 years. The following products fall under the scope of this bill: * Ultra Classic * Ultra Benefit * Ultra Future * Benefit Assurance * Future Assurance This means that none of the above products may be issued in Montana after September 22, 2017. Any new or pending policies awaiting funds, must have the funds in house on or prior to 09/22/17. Updated Forms Third Party Notice Request Form:

Effective December 22, 2017, the following products will no longer be available: * Ultra Benefit * Benefit Assurance * Future Assurance * Value Assurance Any new issues of these products or pending policies for the above awaiting funds, must have funds in house on or prior to 12/22/17.

For producers who’ve been pending in JIT for 365 days and haven’t submitted new business, the appointment request will be closed. When those producers submit a new business application, they’ll simply need to resubmit appointment paperwork at that time. If a new business application is received within 30 days of closing the JIT contract, our licensing team will reopen the request and process the appointment without new paperwork.    Questions? Click here for more information on training deadlines and requirements.     Express Quote fax line to be discontinued Nov. 1    Launched in the fall of 2015, the Pre-Underwriting Inquiry (PUI) form replaced the Express Quote process and allows agents email their PUIs directly to OneAmerica and receive a response within four hours. Beginning Nov. 1, the fax line for these inquiries will be discontinued, and all PUI forms will need to be emailed to CSPUI@oneamerica.com . Questions?
