Effective Friday, October 23, 2015 Current rates are applied to business received on or before Thursday, October 22, 2015, subject to a 60-day rate hold. Please note: EquiTrust will only accept FAXED applications on Thursday, October 22nd until 5:00 PM (Central). If faxed applications are received at EquiTrust by 5:00 PM (Central) on Thursday, October 22nd AND ORIGINAL application packets are received no later than Friday, October, 23rd current rates will be applied, subject to a 60-day rate hold.
