New Riders Added to Guarantee Series
American Equity is excited to announce the addition of the Nursing Care Rider* and Terminal Illness Rider* to the Guarantee Series (SPDA-MYGA).
Effective October 1, 2015, the Nursing Care Rider and Terminal Illness Rider will be automatically included at no additional cost to eligible annuities issued to Annuitants ages 18-74.
Please note: Rider provisions may vary by state. The NCR-100 and TIR-100 are available for most states; however, California offers the NCR-4, Pennsylvania offers the NCR-2 and Texas offers the TIR-1.

COMPLIANCE Notice of Adverse Underwriting Decisions in Virginia Dialog Icon The state of Virginia requires that Transamerica make producers aware of the company’s responsibility to provide a notice of adverse underwriting decisions (AUD) to insureds. Transamerica currently complies with this requirement, and the existing AUD notification process remains unchanged. To view the Administrative Letter, which states this requirement as well as outlines situations in which insureds would receive a notice, click here.
