Medicare Supplement Bonus

• Contest period: June 6, 2016, thru July 6, 2016
• Underwritten business must be placed and paid for by Aug. 6, 2016.
• Bonuses are not cumulative and are paid based on written and placed business during the bonus period.

For open enrollment or guaranteed issued business:

• Applications must be dated during contest period but the effective date can be up to 90 days from application date.
• Bonuses for these applications will be paid based on effective date and paid no later than Oct. 6, 2016.
