Riders Now Available in MN and NJ The Accelerated Death Benefit Rider (ADBR) for Terminal Illness and the Accelerated Death Benefit Rider (ADBR) for Chronic Illness on both the NWL Lifetime Returns Select and NWL SafeGuard Select are now approved in MN and NJ.
Updated illustration software, version 81 includes these additional riders and will be available on Monday. Please note, the ADBR for Terminal Illness is an inherent benefit and does not need to be indicated on the application.
Please select Accelerated Benefit Rider on the application only if the client is also adding the ADBR for Chronic Illness. A separate ADBR Disclosure for each benefit rider must be signed by the client and agent, and is available in FormSource.
MyNWL Maintenance and Office Closing
We will be updating several of our information systems beginning Thursday, September 1st through Monday, September 5th. During this maintenance period, MyNWL will be available with limited functionality. During this time, you may continue to access pending case details, but policy issue and commissions will not be processed at this time.
To ensure your applications are processed before the maintenance period, we encourage you to verify that all pending issue requirements are submitted by August 29, 2016. National Western will be closed on Monday, September 5th for the Labor Day holiday and applications received during the maintenance period will be coded after our offices reopen on Tuesday, September 6th.
